West Virginia Vipers Hockey Refund & Credit Policy: All fees are non-refundable due to fixed team costs (ice, referees, league fees), except in limited circumstances. Injury Policy: *Refunds or credits may be considered only if the player is in good standing and provides physician documentation: Before season starts: *Player removed from roster; partial refund or credit may be issued (minus incurred costs) *Early season (before roster lock): *Partial credit may be issued based on remaining season value Late season or returning injury: *No refund or credit *Non-Injury Withdrawals No refunds or credits for: *Voluntary withdrawal *Schedule conflicts *Playing time or team-related concerns Registration Insurance (Optional) Optional Registration Insurance is available during signup to help protect non-refundable fees in cases such as injury or illness (per provider terms). *Must be selected at registration *Claims handled directly by the insurance provider *Vipers do not process or guarantee claims Additional Notes: *Registration fees are non-refundable *All requests must be submitted in writing *Final decisions are at the discretion of the Vipers By registering, you agree to this policy.
