If you’ve already registered for the 31 Miles for 31 Heroes Walk/Ruck on Saturday, August 1st, but did NOT register under the WV Vipers Extortion group, please take a moment to update your registration and move it to our team.

Registering under the WV Vipers Extortion group helps ensure everyone is counted together as we honor the 31 heroes of Extortion 17 and represent the Viper family as one team.

We're inviting all Vipers Middle School players and their families to join us for the 31 Miles for 31 Heroes event on Saturday, August 1st in Washington, D.C.

This is a chance to be part of something much bigger than hockey. Together, we'll honor the heroes of Extortion 17 and remember the brave men who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

As the future of the Vipers, you are beginning to learn what it truly means to wear our jersey. Being a Viper isn't just about how you play the game—it's about your character, serving others, and showing respect for those who came before us.

You don't have to complete all 31 miles. Whether you walk one mile or all 31, every step is a way to say "Thank you. We will never forget."

Because honoring them is not a moment—it is a responsibility.
